Trainings completed prior to November 2021

If you took New Worker Training or ICWA/MIFPA prior to November 2021, you must submit a help ticket with proof of completion of both New Worker Training and the updated 2-day ICWA/MIFPA training. This includes:

  • New Worker training (CSP111C1-CSP111C4 from Trainlink)
  • ICWA/MIFPA training (CSP111C1A – the updated 2-day ICWA/MIFPA training from TrainLink)

If you have another New Worker Training that is not listed above or just CSP111C1-CSP111C4, you need to complete the updated ICWA/MIFPA training. Please register for one of the following courses in the Training Portal:

  • CWTA X212 (ICWA/MIFPA Ongoing Worker)
  • CWTA X216 (ICWA/MIFPA for County Agency Supervisors)

After completing one of these courses above, submit a help ticket with proof of both your New Worker training AND ICWA/MIFPA.
