Accommodation Requests

If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in training, contact us as soon as possible at 612-301-9792 or info@mnchildwelfaretraining.com.

Attendance

Learners who miss a total of 30 minutes of training will not receive credit. If the training takes place over several days (for example Foundations), you can only miss a total of 30 minutes (not 30 minutes per day). Please plan ahead to adjust court dates, on-call shifts, caseload responsibilities, etc.

Registration

In order to receive credit for any MNCWTA course, learners MUST be registered in advance of the start of training. Last minute registrations will not be accommodated due to existing waitlists and training capacity. Learners will not receive credit for attending a course without being on the registration list.

If you have any issues with the Training Portal, Canvas, or Zoom, submit a ticket on the Contact Us page. If you do not get an email confirming your ticket has been received, follow the steps in the Not Getting A Response article.
