Twin Cities Metro Learning Center

This 22,173 square foot learning center in the Rosewood Office Plaza in Roseville is conveniently situated between Minneapolis and St. Paul with numerous access points for travel. Our metro training facility features abundant parking, high speed internet service, and flexible training space.

Occupying 2.5 floors, our facility offers state of the art training space, meeting rooms with video conferencing capacity, a technology training lab, a video production space, and a simulation center for skill development and demonstration. Due to the pandemic, all training efforts will continue online until further notice.

The Tribal Training and Certification Partnership (TTCP) provides ICWA/MIFPA training at this learning center.

About the Facility

The Minnesota Child Welfare Training Academy is located in the North Tower at 1711 West County Road B, Roseville, MN 55113. When you arrive, feel free to park anywhere in the Rosewood lot and use the North door entrance. Once in the building, continue straight to check in at the reception desk. If the front door is locked, use the phone to be buzzed in.

We are excited to host your visit to the Minnesota Child Welfare Training Academy. While here, it is our hope that you will find this space less "corporate" and more like a retreat. There is plenty of flexible space for you to use as needed. However, we would like to point out a few key areas of interest.
