The Tribal Training Certification Partnership at the University of Minnesota Duluth is an important partner in this critical child welfare training collaboration. They provide expertise and training in tribal child welfare and working with American Indian families, tribes, and communities. TTCP provides ICWA/MIFPA training at all five learning centers.
