What is your job title, and what will you be doing?

My job title is Evaluation and Certification Graduate Research Assistant. I will help to evaluate the Child Welfare training courses and improve the certification system.

Tell us about your education and/or work experience prior to joining the MNCWTA.

I am a Ph.D. student in the Quantitative Methods in Education program in the Department of Educational Psychology at the UMN. This is my fifth year's study and I am working on my dissertation.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I enjoy discovering facts out of the data using various quantitative methods.

What are you surprisingly good at? (or what do you wish you were good at)?

I am very good at organizing things.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like to enjoy family time and/or hang out with friends.
