The Minnesota Child Welfare Training Academy (MNCWTA) Southeast Regional Learning Center is located on the Owatonna Campus of Riverland Community College.

The Tribal Training and Certification Partnership (TTCP) provides ICWA/MIFPA training at this learning center.
