With the recent launch of Addressing Disparities and Disproportionality: MAAFPCWDA (CWTA X224), we have seen an increase in Training Portal requests and concerns about classes filling quickly. Please know that our Training Delivery Team is busy creating schedules and hiring new trainers, while our LMS (Learning Management System) Team is hard at work building new courses for registration.

We understand that demand is high, and we will continue to schedule more offerings until the entire child protection workforce has had the opportunity to complete the training. We very much appreciate your patience. Continue to check our Training Catalog for new offerings.

To help prepare for your registration, as well as helping to reduce the number of helpdesk tickets, please use this time to confirm that your Training Portal is set up correctly and ready for registration.

In the meantime, do you already have a Training Portal Profile?

If your email address has been updated or if you have switched agencies, you must first update it in your University of Minnesota guest account by following the steps in this help article. If you are unable to access your account, try resetting your password. If you are still having issues or cannot remember if you have a Training Portal Profile, please submit a ticket (also located on our Contact Us page).

Note: It is best practice to maintain only one Training Portal Profile throughout your career in order to keep all training details and records in one location.

Supervisors should invite new workers to create their first Profile

As new workers join your agency, supervisors can send invites through their Portal. Here are several articles on how to best use your profile. If you have workers that already have a training portal but you do not see them in your Portal, send them these directions.

Still need Technical or Training Support?

Please submit a ticket. If you do not get an email confirming your ticket has been received, follow the steps in the Help Desk: No Response article.
